How we built this estimate (and where it can be wrong)

  • Lead-capture range: we assume Lumobot captures 515leads per 1,000 website visitors. This is the band we've observed in early pilot deployments — NOT a published industry statistic. The conservative end fits practices with weaker traffic or thin knowledge bases; the optimistic end fits practices with full Spanish + after-hours coverage and a deep FAQ library. Your actual capture rate could fall outside this band.
  • Close rate: we use the rate you entered — which you know better than we do. If your team follows up within the hour, your close rate tends to be higher than industry averages; if leads sit overnight, it's usually much lower.
  • Annual revenue: monthly value × 12. Doesn't account for ramp-up (first month is usually below steady state) or churn (some captured leads cancel before becoming customers). Treat the lower bound as more reliable than the upper.
