It takes contact info + a description of the issue; YOUR team dispatches. Think of it as the after-hours version of your front desk — captures everything you'd capture on a phone call (name, address, problem description, urgency), routes it to you via SMS/email, and you decide who to send.
What about real emergencies — gas leak, flooding, no heat in winter?
The bot recognizes emergency keywords and surfaces your phone number IMMEDIATELY in the first sentence. For active danger (gas smell, fire, electrical sparking), it tells the caller to call 911 first, then call the business. Can it quote prices?
Only what you've configured in Settings → Chatbot → Pricing Table. For installations and custom work, it offers free estimates and captures the appointment request. It NEVER makes up specific prices for jobs not in the table — that's a liability you don't want.
Does it know my service area?
Yes — configure your service area ZIP codes in Settings → Practice → Service Areas (Pro plan). Visitor outside your area gets a polite "sorry, we don't serve that area" instead of the bot capturing a lead you can't fulfill. Saves your team disqualifying-on-callback time.
